Registration

F2S Olympiads Classes aims to provide quality education to students preparing for competitive exams. To ensure a productive learning experience, students must adhere to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. You must register on the platform and set up your account. Ensure the following:
   • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
   • Update your account with any new details that may affect its operation.
   • Do not use false identities, impersonate others, or access accounts you are not authorized to use.
2. Safeguard your account credentials and personal information. Exercise caution and avoid sharing your details with unauthorized individuals.

Rules and Policies

1. F2S Olympiads Classes reserves the right to evaluate compliance with its rules and policies.
2. If a tutor violates the rules, law, or behaves in a threatening or fraudulent manner, students must report the issue immediately to the F2S support team.
3. Students must respect the privacy of others and refrain from engaging in rude, abusive, or disrespectful communication.
4. In the event of a "NO SHOW" for any scheduled class, the session will be marked as completed. For group classes, a recorded session will be made available for review.
5. Students must inform in advance of any emergencies or non-availability for rescheduling purposes. Reschedule requests will only be entertained twice a month and only in genuine emergency cases. Additional requests will not be accepted.
6. Students are prohibited from copying, sharing, or reproducing any content available on the F2S Olympiads platform. All materials are strictly for personal use and reference.
7. Account termination requests must be submitted via the "Contact Us" form on the website or through email at director@f2solympiadsclasses.com.
8. F2S Olympiads Classes reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any condition at any time, with updates posted on

Appearance and Setting

1. The session background should be simple and clean, preferably a plain light-colored wall, in a well-lit environment.
2. Ensure adequate lighting to allow the tutor to see the student clearly.
3. Avoid loud noises or distractions, such as people, telephones, or music, to ensure session quality.
4. Use a strong and stable internet connection for online classes to ensure smooth communication.
5. Join the session at least 5 minutes before the start time to avoid delays.

Tuition

F2S Olympiads Classes provides:

1. Personalized 1-to-1 learning sessions.
2. Interactive group classes with a maximum student-to-teacher ratio of 5:1.

Pricing, Fees, and Billing

1. Tuition fees for registered courses must be paid in advance.
2. All fee payments should be made through the payment gateway available on the official website. Direct fee payments to tutors are not permitted.
3. Registered sessions must be utilized within 2 months of payment. Unused sessions beyond this period will not be refunded or extended.
4. Monthly subscription fees must be paid on time. Sessions will be suspended if fees remain unpaid after the subscription period.
5. Upon completing the payment, a confirmation email summarizing the transaction details will be sent.
6. Students can view their invoice and payment history on their dashboard.

Communications

1. By registering, you consent to receive communications from F2S Olympiads Classes via email or SMS.
2. You agree that all agreements, notices, and other official communications provided digitally meet legal requirements.
3. You consent to receive transaction-related SMS on your registered mobile number, even if DND services are activated.
